We don’t publish treatment rates, because cost depends on your insurance benefits and the level of care your clinical assessment points to. The practical first step is a benefits verification, which tells you what your plan covers before you commit to anything.

Self-pay is an option, and our admissions team can walk you through financing so the cost is spread over time. Some professionals prefer this route for privacy reasons, and we will talk through the trade-offs honestly rather than steering you.

7 Summit Pathways accepts most insurance plans. Some of the providers we work with, but not limited to, are TRICARE, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Coverage and in-network status vary by plan, so the only reliable answer comes from a verification run against your specific policy. A benefits check confirms your copays, deductibles, and any prior-authorization or length-of-stay requirements.

Timeframes are typical estimates and vary by insurer and plan.

Have your full name, date of birth, insurer name, and member ID or policy number to hand. That is enough for us to start the verification on the same call.

Your records are protected health information. We share information with employers or licensing boards only with your consent or when required by law.

What that does not do is remove obligations you may already have. A monitoring program, a board reporting requirement, or an employer fitness-for-duty process operates independently of us, and we cannot tell you what your specific obligations are.

What we can do is talk it through candidly at intake and coordinate with your monitoring program when you ask us to. Bring those questions to the first call.

Seeking treatment does not automatically mean you lose your license. Many professionals who get care voluntarily keep their license while meeting monitoring or return-to-work conditions.

We can help you understand likely expectations and document your care. What we cannot do is predict how your particular board will respond, and you should treat anyone who promises otherwise with caution.

Yes, with your permission. We work with the Professionals Resource Network (PRN) and the Intervention Project for Nurses (IPN) for healthcare professionals, Florida Lawyers Assistance (FLA) for legal professionals, and the Human Intervention Motivational Study (HIMS) for pilots.

Our medical director, Dr. Lawrence S. Wilson, MD, MRO, ABAM, FASAM, has more than 20 years in addiction medicine. He has completed over 1,000 evaluations for professionals in monitoring programs, and he leads profession-specific groups each week.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach and does not automatically disqualify you from practice. Licensing bodies may require documentation or conditions, and we can provide clinical notes and coordinate with your program as needed.

Most working professionals are placed in PHP, IOP, or outpatient care. Which one fits depends on your clinical assessment, not on preference alone, and we will tell you plainly if your assessment points somewhere else first.

Lengths of stay vary by clinical need and are set with your care team.

That depends on your level of care and on any board or employer requirements, and it is reviewed at intake so you know what to expect. We build return-to-work planning into the treatment plan from the start rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Same-day or next-day admission is often possible when it is clinically appropriate and your benefits are confirmed. If a higher level of care is indicated, we move quickly rather than leaving you waiting.

Yes. Many professionals arrive managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout alongside substance use, and treating one without the other tends not to hold.

Care for co-occurring conditions, sometimes called dual diagnosis, is built into the program rather than referred out. Psychiatry and medication management are available when clinically indicated.

Yes. We run a dedicated nurse-focused program covering diversion concerns, shift-work substance use, and IPN coordination in more depth than this page does.
