Krystal E. Gliva, MSW, MCAP
Krystal has been practicing social work in the Tampa Bay Area for over 10 years. She is originally from New Jersey. She holds an undergraduate degree in social work (BSW) from Saint Leo University and a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of New England. She has been a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) since 2018. Krystal has varied clinical experience working with children, youth, families, geriatrics and in medical, mental health, and substance abuse facilities. Before joining the 7 Summit Family, she spent years in management with Gracepoint Adult Crisis Services and Community Based Care Programs. Being in recovery herself, Krystal has a passion for working with those struggling with trauma and addiction. She is an active member of the recovery community and spends her time helping other women on their journey to long term recovery. Krystal enjoys many outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and kayaking. Krystal is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through the Yoga Alliance. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two rescue cats.
