Every path to recovery is unique. Each person will experience substance abuse and life differently, so addiction treatment programs should focus on personal healing. At 7 Summit Pathways in Tampa, Florida, everyone who steps through our doors is met with open arms and the chance to improve their lives. We build meaningful connections with each of our patients to understand their history, symptoms, and personal goals to build addiction treatment plans that promote a life they’ll be proud to live.
The Goal of Our Addiction Treatment Programs in Tampa
After an initial comprehensive assessment, our team develops a unique treatment plan for every one of our patients. They will find their path to a better tomorrow through group, individual, and holistic therapies. Each of our addiction treatment programs has a few primary goals that promote healthy recovery, including:
- Restructure brain chemistry through appropriate medication and behavioral therapies
- Bring awareness to destructive patterns of behavior
- Encourage creative power and promote decision-making
- Cultivate healthy relationships and a sense of belonging
- Support overall health and wellness through each of the seven dimensions
- Increase balance, strength, and resilience through healing
Since each person will experience substance abuse uniquely, they will have unique needs regarding their addiction treatment. We offer a range of programs that address specific circumstances to promote a healthy future.
Discover Meaningful Paths to Sobriety
To help our clients heal in every dimension of their lives, we utilize several different therapy methods, including:
- Group, individual, and family therapy
- Chiropractic, massage, and reflexology therapy
- Biofeedback and craniosacral therapy
- Nutritional education
- Yoga and expressive arts
- FDA-approved medications
Each addiction treatment program uses an individualized combination of therapies so our patients can find their unique path to recovery.
Outpatient Detoxification
Detox is the critical first step in the addiction recovery process. Our outpatient, or ambulatory, detox program provides flexibility by helping manage withdrawal symptoms with medications and allowing them to return to the comfort of home at night.
Day-Night Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A PHP is a great step down from inpatient treatment or a step up from more lenient outpatient programs. Our day-night PHP includes 25 hours of clinical care through daily group, individual, and holistic therapies. Sober living residency is available to patients in our day-night PHP.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
An IOP is a flexible, structured addiction treatment program that allows enough time during the day to maintain personal obligations while receiving treatment. We provide flexible sessions to help our patients maintain their schedules, including:
- Morning sessions – Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Evening sessions – Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 p.m.-9 p.m.
- Weekend sessions – Saturday, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Outpatient Treatment Program
An outpatient program is typically the last step before someone begins their recovery journey without consistent treatment. Our outpatient addiction treatment program helps patients understand how to apply the skills they’ve learned in therapy, so their recovery remains successful.
Aftercare Program
Maintaining the skills learned in addiction treatment is one of the most critical pieces to long-term success. In our aftercare program, patients work with therapists to develop a plan for long-term addiction recovery to know where they can turn in times of need.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Substance use disorders are often the result of undiagnosed mental health conditions. When both conditions are diagnosed, a person lives with a dual diagnosis. Our dual diagnosis treatment provides tailored care that accounts for unique mental health symptoms, addiction history, and personal goals.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Evidence-based therapies are proven to promote addiction recovery—including medication-assisted treatment. We work with each patient to determine if medication-assisted treatment is suitable for their needs and develop an appropriate plan for them if it is.
Professionals’ Program
Addiction can affect anyone. Our professionals’ program helps those in high-pressure positions learn the skills they need to recover from addiction and heal. We have specific tracks for licensed professionals, athletes and artists, business professionals, and veterans and military personnel.
