Medical Director & CEO
Dr. Wilson has more than 20 years of experience treating addiction after completing his fellowship at the University of Florida. He has been part of our treatment team since our inception in 2015 and is our medical director and CEO.
Dr. Wilson is board-certified in addiction medicine and a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. In addition, he is a certified medical review officer and is a national expert in the field of toxicology testing.
He holds faculty appointments in addiction medicine at both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida. Dr. Wilson also serves the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) as a peer mentor due to his expertise in medication-assisted treatment for drug and alcohol use disorders. He is also a physician consultant to the Florida Department of Health and its professional monitoring programs—which perform evaluations on more than 1,000 physicians, dentists, and nurses.
Executive Director
Heather co-founded 7 Summit Pathways with Dr. Lawrence Wilson in 2015 and now oversees operations, including staff, clients, and the overall care environment. Heather has more than 15 years of experience in community mobilization and systems transformation.
She has successfully organized statewide and national conferences, events, and social service functions.
Heather is a certified recovery coach and holds a CCAR Recovery Coach Academy© Trainer of Trainers designation. She earned a master’s degree in human services, with a concentration in organizational management and leadership, from Springfield College School of Human Services in Tampa. After completing her degree, she received a community service award for contributing more than 1,500 volunteer hours as a student representative chairing multiple prestigious advisory boards.
Clinical Director
Connie has been working in mental health since 2004, when she began working with women in need. After her first three years, she decided to dedicate her career to the field and earned her master’s degree before becoming a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).
She uses a strength-based, empathic approach with her patients to encourage and awaken their inner strength while providing guidance and support.
She previously served as a group facilitator and counselor to adult and adolescent populations at a non-profit in Brandon, Florida—where she discovered her passion for counseling people struggling with mental health problems, various substance and process addictions, and co-occurring disorders.
Primary Clinician
Krystal has been practicing social work in the Tampa Bay Area for over 10 years. She has varied clinical experience working with children, youth, families, and seniors in medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment facilities.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Saint Leo University and a master’s degree in social work from the University of New England. She has been a master’s level certified addiction professional (MCAP) since 2018. Being in recovery herself, Krystal is passionate about working with those struggling with trauma and addiction. She is an active member of the recovery community and spends her time helping other women on their journey to long-term recovery.
Expressive Arts Therapist
Pam is an LMHC and a master-certified life coach who shares her passion for the expressive arts with the patients at 7 Summit Pathways. Pam started as an educator working with students in grade second through eight.
Upon retiring from teaching, she earned a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University to fulfill a lifelong dream.
Since earning her certification, she opened a private practice where she uses psychodrama and other expressive arts to help patients heal. She loves seeing the impact of the arts and has shared her passion for it with incarcerated women, the patients at 7 Summit Pathways, and her private clients.
Primary Therapist
Jorge has effectively worked with a variety of people with co-occurring mental health and substance use problems in multiple treatment settings since 2008.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in rehabilitation and mental health counseling from the University of South Florida. He is a Florida-certified addiction professional (CAP) and certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC). Jorge is also a Florida-licensed registered mental health counselor intern in anticipation of his full licensure.
Yoga Instructor
Chelsie teaches yoga to students from all backgrounds. She began practicing yoga shortly after getting sober in 2004 and has been practicing yoga ever since.
She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and is currently pursuing her 500-hour yoga training specializing in Ashtanga yoga. Chelsie graduated with honors from the University of South Florida in 2017 with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and has over nine years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment.
Human Resource Manager & Medical Billing Manager
Chris Larson is originally from Nisswa, MN. Chris studied Business Management at the University of Wisconsin and graduated with honors. Following graduation, he worked for GLSports as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager for over 15 years.
Moving to Florida, Chris worked as a Front Office Manager and General Manager for a national hotel brand. Following his time in hospitality, Chris started at 7 Summit Pathways in the admissions department and quickly moved into his natural role as Human Resource Manager and Medical Billing Manager. Chris has over 5 years in recovery and has become a dedicated sponsor to other men in the program.
Director of Business Development
Elizabeth Oliva is the Director of Business Development at 7 Summit Pathways. She works closely with members of the community to build strong, dedicated relationships and partnerships, as well as manages various digital marketing projects and campaigns.
Prior to joining 7 Summit Pathways, Elizabeth worked in Public Relations, with a focus on Corporate communications, where she was tasked with developing creative media strategies and bringing initiatives to life through broad scale awareness. From crafting innovative PR strategies, leading campaign launches to relationship building and executive thought leadership, she has supported a wide range of national brands and organizations. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Central Florida.
Craniosacral Therapist
Michael Falcon boasts an impressive repertoire of skills and expertise within the massage therapy industry, accumulated throughout his five-year tenure as a licensed massage therapist.
Prior to his transition into this field, Michael cultivated valuable experience in luxury retail sales and management, lending him an unparalleled understanding of customer service excellence. He specializes in Craniosacral therapy and has been certified as a Reiki Master, Neuromuscular Therapy Practitioner, Thai Massage Specialist, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for Trauma Release. Michael’s clinic in Brandon, Florida, also offers Quantum Healing Techniques that combine mind-body medicine, quantum physics, meditation, and Eastern medicine to promote self-healing at a subatomic level.
Each patient receives personalized treatment through touch therapy and active listening to support their journey towards wellness. Furthermore, Michael shares his knowledge on business management as a mentor for other massage therapists. Michael’s dedication to a healthy work-life balance resonates within his practice, bringing a holistic approach to patient care. A cycling enthusiast and avid reader, he also collects minerals and crystals from across the globe. With a strong commitment to upholding the high standards of the massage community, Michael continues his education and stays informed of state-of-the-art developments in techniques and practices.

With a profound understanding of the intricate nature of addiction recovery, Michael has established a deep-seated relationship with addiction himself.
