Chelsie began practicing yoga shortly after getting clean from alcohol and other drugs in 2004, and has been practicing yoga ever since. She is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and is currently pursuing her 500 hour yoga training specializing in Ashtanga yoga for the benefit of self and others. Chelsie graduated with honors from USF in 2017 with her bachelors in psychology and has over 9 years experience working in mental health and addictions. Chelsie endeavors to teach all levels students from all backgrounds both in the recovery community and beyond. With a sense of calm, bright positivity, and focus on the breath, she hopes to assist others in increasing their own well-being through yoga and the practice of meditation.
