Jill Burchenal, LMHC
Jill Burchenal is an LMHC who received her Masters Degree from Texas State University in 1999 and has experience in the Counseling field workig with Crisis Management, Co-occurring Disorders, Suicide Intervention, Psychoanalysis, Intake Assessments, and Trauma. Jill’s theoretical orientation is eclectic, as she incorporates Humanistic Theory, Person Centered Theory, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
She worked as a Statewide Intake Specialists at the Texas Department of Protective and Regulative Services providing assessments for families in crisis. While residing in the state of Texas, she co-created the Client Attorney Assistance Program at the State Bar of Texas in 1999.
Jill currently resides in Tampa, Florida where she is the Program Director at 7 Summits Pathways. She has also maintained a private practice, has worked at ACTS, the Center for Women, Turning Point, Healthcare Connections, and Board Prep Recovery Center. Jill also coordinates with The Impaired Professional Network, and Professional Resource Network (PRN) for crisis management, discharge planning and treatment planning.
